At UAE Storages, we understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally, customers may need to cancel their storage rental. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:

Customers must provide written notice of their intent to cancel their storage rental.

The notice must be submitted via email or through our official customer support channels.

The cancellation notice should include the customer’s name, storage unit details, and the desired cancellation date.

Cancellation Timeline:

Customers are required to provide a minimum cancellation notice of 7  days prior to the desired cancellation date.

Failure to provide the required notice may result in charges for the upcoming rental period.

Prorated Charges:

If a cancellation notice is received within the required timeframe, customers will only be responsible for the storage fees up to the cancellation date.

No refunds or credits will be provided for unused days within the current rental period.

Additional Charges and Fees:

Customers may be responsible for any outstanding balances, fees, or charges incurred before the cancellation date.

Additional fees may apply for services or products utilized during the rental period, such as packing supplies, administrative charges, or insurance fees.

Unit Clearing and Move-Out Process:

Customers must ensure that their storage unit is completely cleared of all belongings by the agreed-upon cancellation date.

Failure to vacate the storage unit in a timely manner may result in additional fees or charges.

Modifications to Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time, with or without prior notice. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website or communicated to customers directly.
